Sonia has over 10 year experience principally in quantity surveying, but she has also spent some time working in project management and infrastructure, given her a solid understanding of the APC requirements for construction pathways.

Adrienne Yarwood - Mentor (Quantity Surveying)
Adrienne has over 30 years experience in quantity surveying and dispute resolution both in contracting and private practice on construction, infrastructure and power generation projects. Adrienne also has extensive experience as a senior lecturer in higher education.

Guy has over 30 years experience principally in building surveying and project management, working throughout the UK in private practice and construction.
Guy qualified as a Chartered Building Surveyor in 1991 and has been a Fellow of the RICS since 2010. He has supported the APC process as an Assessor since 1997 and Panel Chair from 2010.

David Inman FRICS CEnv - Mentor (Environment & Facilities Management)
David is a Chartered Environmental Surveyor at DIEM Ltd, a RICS Fellow and Chartered Environmentalist. He has been involved in environmental, energy and strategic management of property, construction and business throughout his career.
He supports a wide range of clients worldwide ranging from FTSE listed companies, large infrastructure projects and some of the UK's leading "Superbrands" to smaller regional or specialist clients in their strategy, compliance and management systems.
He is an APC assessor for Environment and Facilities Management, is a contributor to RICS isurv, is a qualified university lecturer and has sat on RICS UK Education Standards Board.
David is a strong believer that the APC is a fair process that upholds RICS' professional standards, but whilst not easy is very doable if candidates have the right career experience and prepare well.
