We are delighted that 100% of our candidates (but one) passed their APC at the last session. This includes our first candidate in the notoriously challenging SPA route.

All our candidates in the preliminary review route also successfully passed the first stage without a single comment from the the review panels!

We are looking forward to the same success in 2018!

Our FREE blog contains a wealth of advice and tips for APC candidates;

  • Free excel template to records your diary

  • Getting started with your APC

  • The Case Study

  • Assessors' expectations

  • Information on competencies

  • etc.

Our director, Sonia Desloges, regularly publish articles and updates on LinkedIn.

Feel free to send her a connection request to make sure that you do not miss any important APC information!

'Sonia mentored me throughout my APC, particularly in the last few months. She went above and beyond to help me and turned me around from facing referral to passing my interview in two months and achieving my goal of becoming a Chartered Surveyor.  Her guidance boosted my confidence and gave me the tools to succeed.'
